SME XPO is a free to attend, two-day exhibition and conference designed to inspire and connect entrepreneurs and business leaders. Learn from the UK's most successful entrepreneurs, network with fellow owners and founders, and meet best-in-class suppliers - all taking place live and in-person at Olympia London from 25-26 May 2022.

SME XPO has been designed to meet the needs of founders, owners and leaders of companies who employ 1-249 employees. We also welcome organisations who service or supply to this exciting and economically vital sector.

Join us for two-days of action-packed networking, inspiration and fun at the free SME XPO conference and roundtables. Choose from four conference streams - The Master Plan; Effective ESG; The Future of Business; and Scaling Your Business - and learn what it takes to grow successfully from some of the UK's most successful entrepreneurs.

SME XPO also features a series of roundtables covering a wide array of essential topics. This is your opportunity to create new connections to grow your support network, form collaborative partnerships and sound out your ideas/challenges to take your business to the next level. Roundtables run three times each day for 45 minutes and are hosted by an industry expert.

SME XPO is only open to adults (16+) who have pre-registered and hold a valid entry badge or those who register onsite. This includes visitors, speakers, exhibitors, VIPs, and press.

Admission is open to professionals who are involved in, or have a direct connection or interest in, the event or associated industries or organisations. All visitors must be 16 or over (unless prior written consent from the organisers).

We are working closely with Olympia to keep everyone safe at our event.

All visitors should be aware that the following are in place:

  • Official event security staff may approach you to assist you outside, at entry or inside the event
  • Staff and attendees must wear ID badges provided
  • Bag checks maybe in operation at the venue
  • Keep personal property with you at all times and do not leave any items unattended
  • Report anything that looks unusual or suspicious to a member of event staff
  • Please note CCTV in operation at Olympia is monitored and recorded

Data

By allowing your badge to be scanned during the event, attendees will be allowing the organisers to provide their name and contact details to the specific partner, exhibitor or sponsor who may contact them about their products/services.

By choosing to attend any session in our seminar theatres or workshops, visitors will have their badge scanned at entry and their name and contact details will be shared by the Organisers with the seminar host/exhibitor, sponsor and/or speaker, who may contact them about their products or services.

Photography and Video Recording

Official photographers and videographers will be taking photographs and recording and/or streaming videos at the event. By registering and attending the event, each attendee authorises such photography and recording and permits the Organisers to use the attendee’s image, likeness and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation or credit to the attendee.

No visitor to the event may take photographs or make any form of recording (including audio or video) on any media at the event under any circumstances without the prior written permission of the Organisers.

Members of the press are invited to register via our agency Notion ahead of the event.

The dedicated Press area is within the 'VIP Press and Speaker Lounge' located upstairs on the Gallery level (Olympia London, National Hall) and will be open throughout the show.

Banking Facilities

A free ATM is located opposite Kensington (Olympia) Station, on Olympia Way, and branches of major banks can be found on Kensington High Street. However, we recommend card and contactless payment wherever possible at the venue. 

Car Park

There is limited parking spaces onsite so we advise you book parking well in advance. Alternatively, we recommend you consider using public transport to reach the venue.

Onsite carparking is available in the Motorail car park, a flat-surface car park with a height restriction of 4 meters. It is open from 0700hrs until one hour after the building closes (or one hour after the event closes on open days) and all parking is chargeable. Advance booking is strongly recommended, as spaces cannot be guaranteed otherwise.  Please visit olympia.london/parking for further details

Cloakroom Facilities

Cloakroom facilities are located in the National Hall Foyer.  For any lost property issues please email lostproperty@olympia.london 

First Aid

Qualified first aid staff are available at all events.  

Information Desk

Olympia office operating hours are 09.00-17.30 Monday – Friday but the organisers office should be able to help you with all your queries. This is located in the National Hall Foyer.

Office Facilities

Olympia London operate a Business Centre runner service, photocopying, printing etc. will be delivered to your stand where payment can be taken.  Please email Businesscentre@olympia.london with your requirements and you will receive an email response with the cost displayed, please note that payment is by card only.

Press Office

We welcome disabled visitors to SME XPO.

Visitors with additional needs or disabilities are encouraged to download the Welcome app [https://www.wel-co.me/visitors] before the event. Once you have the app on your phone you can create a simple profile enabling you to personalise your access needs, including your key requirements and information about what support you require. Please ensure that you select SME XPO in the app at least two days before the event. This will ensure that the SME XPO customer service team will receive a reminder of your visit - helping them to prepare to address your specific needs on your arrival.

There are no current government guidelines for large-scale indoor events. We recommend that you do not travel to the venue if you have covid symptoms or test positive.

Visitors are welcome to wear a mask if they would like to do so.

The venue is an open, airy space and a brand new system now draws in even more fresh air.

Enhanced cleaning
The venue has an enhanced cleaning regime and introduced extra cleaning measures before and during every show, especially for regular touch points such as door handles.

You’ll find hand sanitiser stations all around the venue.

We’ll be encouraging cashless payments throughout the venue where possible.
