SME XPO has been designed to meet the needs of founders, owners, and leaders of companies that employ 1-500 employees. We also welcome organisations that service or supply this exciting and economically vital sector.

Choose from four conference streams - Founder’s Formula, Scaling Your Business, Future Trends, Finance & Investment - and learn what it takes to grow successfully from some of the UK's most successful entrepreneurs.

SME XPO also features a series of workshops covering a wide array of essential topics. This is your opportunity to create new connections to grow your support network, form collaborative partnerships, and sound out your ideas/challenges to take your business to the next level.

Yes, you can attend both event days using the same ticket.

You can visit SME XPO anytime you prefer. Please note the opening and closing times.

SME XPO is open to visitors who have pre-registered and hold a valid entry badge or those who register onsite. This includes visitors, speakers, exhibitors, VIPs, and the press.

Admission is open to professionals who are involved in, or have a direct connection or interest in, the event or associated industries or organisations.

Children are allowed but must always be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst visiting the show.

We are working closely with ExCel to keep everyone safe at our event.

All visitors should be aware that the following are in place:

• Official event security staff may approach you to assist you outside, at entry or inside the event
• Staff and attendees must wear ID badges provided
• Bag checks maybe in operation at the venue
• Keep personal property with you at all times and do not leave any items unattended
• Report anything that looks unusual or suspicious to a member of event staff
• Please note CCTV in operation at ExCel is monitored and recorded

Data

By allowing your badge to be scanned during the event, attendees will be allowing the organisers to provide their name and contact details to the specific partner, exhibitor or sponsor who may contact them about their products/services.

By choosing to attend any session in our seminar theatres or workshops, visitors will have their badge scanned at entry and their name and contact details will be shared by the Organisers with the seminar host/exhibitor, sponsor and/or speaker, who may contact them about their products or services.

Photography and Video Recording

Official photographers and videographers will be taking photographs and recording and/or streaming videos at the event. By registering and attending the event, each attendee authorises such photography and recording and permits the Organisers to use the attendee’s image, likeness and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation or credit to the attendee.

No visitor to the event may take photographs or make any form of recording (including audio or video) on any media at the event under any circumstances without the prior written permission of the Organisers.

Car Park

Catering

ExCeL London has over 28 onsite cafés, bars, and restaurants, including numerous concessions within the venue itself. There are restaurants with table-service for more formal dining as well as grab and go option.

We welcome disabled visitors to SME XPO, please get in touch here if you have any specific accessibility requirements.

Guide dogs are welcome in the venue however other pets will not be allowed access.

ExCeL London is able to provide wheelchairs free of charge. Mobility scooters are free of charge to hire. They are subject to availability so please email your enquiry to info@excel.london and we will confirm if there is one available for you to borrow. All you need is a form of ID which will be held as surety for the daily period of the loan. For more info click here.

Our venue vision is to be a sustainability leader within our industry by shaping the future of events into one that is net zero, resource efficient and equitable.

We have implemented several initiatives to reduce waste, conserve energy, and promote eco-friendly practices. These include:

• Using carpets only on stands and not in the gangways
• Using recyclable lanyards
• Not providing any visitor bags to take away
• Encouraging attendees and exhibitors to use public transportation to reach the event
• Minimising the amount of paper-based handouts at the show and encouraging exhibitors to do the same

We believe that by prioritizing sustainability, we can create a positive impact on the environment and inspire others to do the same.
