Coventry Business School is offering an online and face-to-face practical management training programme accredited by the Small Business Charter. This course aims to support senior managers of small and medium sized businesses to boost their business resilience and long-term goals.
The 12-week programme is 90% subsidised by the government and is aimed at businesses with real problems looking for real solutions. Designed to be manageable alongside full-time work, modules cover financial management, strategies for growth and innovation, leading a high-performance workplace and digital adoption.
By the end of the programme learners will not only develop a tailored business growth plan to help lead their business to its full potential with access to mentoring, but also be supported to find new ideas for their business, rediscover their creative sparks and have access to a growing alumni network.
