Business Skills Solutions (BSS) is Newham Colleges employer-facing department.
Our mission is to engage with businesses on a consultative basis to understand their training and recruitment needs.
We will work in partnership to develop and implement innovative workforce solutions by providing a pipeline of work-ready, local and diverse talent and upskilling their current employees with the skills and qualifications of tomorrow.
BSS is able to react and respond to the needs of employers by creating and delivering high-quality training pathways including Sector Based Work Academy programmes providing candidates with relevant skills and work experience; through a range of industry-relevant apprenticeship programmes and professional development courses using technology and cloud-based systems to provide a truly unique and modern learning experience.
